Rubber Coaster

Rubber Coaster
Does anyone else do this as a warm-up or something?

In my drama class, for a warm-up, we get onto a spot in the classroom, and..
1. Close our eyes and mouths, and imagine water running over our heads, and shoulders, and it’s relaxing, etc.
2. Shake our body in this order: Roll your head to the left, to the right, shoulders up and back, up and forward, elbows, wrists, fingers, hips, knees, ankles.
3. Shake-down. Shake your left hand 5 times, shake your right hand 5 times, shake your left foot 5 times, shake your right foot 5 times, 4 times, 3 times, 2, 1, whoo!
4. Then we do this oooAAAAAAaaooo thing, our teacher says “Ride the roller coaster. oooAAAAAaaooo.”
5. Then we pronounce our vowels. aa-aa-aa-aa-aa, ee-ee-ee-ee-ee, ii-ii-ii-ii, oo-oo-oo-oo-oo, uu-uu-uu-uu-uu, and repeat.
6. We get in a circle as we say, “Rubber baby buggy bumpers” 5 times.
Then we play zip, zap, zop! It’s actually kind of fun. Does anyone do any of this stuff as their warm-ups, or just randomly, or whatever?

we only do #2 before aerobics or running. all that other stuff… no.
